2018年發跡至今，來自菲律賓的新生代 Lo-fi 音樂製作人ビクターＭＫＩＩ作品風格深受日本動畫影響，繼承 Vaporwave（蒸氣波）浪潮的粉系配色，也融入 City-pop 元素，總是精緻浪漫或帶有微微的藍色憂鬱。他擅長採樣大自然的環境聲響，製成輕柔的鋼琴曲調；同時取樣過往日本動畫對白的聲響，打造出專屬日本後現代的浪漫小品。

他將完整的實體化概念，建立在周邊商品的美感上。即便作品是Beat音樂型態，但在這數位化的網路時代中，音樂產業發展的越快越進步，實體商品周邊也同時逐漸在沒落。選擇了成本不高卻又別具意義的錄音卡帶作為實體化的依據，身處於遙遠的未來卻又能同時回顧過去。
