2018年發跡至今，來自菲律賓的新生代 Lo-fi 音樂製作人ビクターＭＫＩＩ作品風格深受日本動畫影響，繼承 Vaporwave（蒸氣波）浪潮的粉系配色，也融入 City-pop 元素，總是精緻浪漫或帶有微微的藍色憂鬱。他擅長採樣大自然的環境聲響，製成輕柔的鋼琴曲調；同時取樣過往日本動畫對白的聲響，打造出專屬日本後現代的浪漫小品。
